Automated Realtime Credit
Credit,
in real time.
arc is the lending engine for banks. It reads a customer's data, finds the patterns that repeat month after month, scores them and sets a safe limit for any loan type, live inside any app, wallet or branch. Then it keeps watching the loan book, straight through.

How arc works
From data to decision in five steps
Every limit follows the same straight-through path. Nothing waits in an inbox, and every step is logged.
arc score
One number, with the reasons behind it
arc score weighs income stability, the recurring income and payments its recurrence analysis finds, cash-flow health, obligations, repayment history, spending behaviour and identity strength. Move the sliders to see how a limit responds.
A salaried customer's last six months
Illustrative demo. In production the weights, bands and policy rules are set by each bank.
The platform
One engine for the whole credit lifecycle
Each layer works on its own or alongside what the bank already runs.
arc score
Score 300–900, risk grade A–E, probability of default, recommended limit, pricing tier and plain-language reason codes.
Recurrence analysis
Finds what repeats in an account (salary day, rent, EMIs, school fees, subscriptions) and how reliably, so a limit rests on patterns, not one good month.
Limit engine
Dynamic, time-bound, merchant- or purpose-restricted and utilisation-capped limits, built from blocks without code.
Offers & campaigns
Pre-approved limits, interest-free windows, merchant-funded EMIs, festival boosts and limit boosters, each with budget caps.
Early warning
A salary that misses its usual day, falling balances, failed debits and new bureau enquiries are caught daily, and limits respond on their own.
arc ledger
The loan book: double-entry, immutable, daily accrual and days-past-due, with classification and provisioning configured to central bank directives.
Limit engine
Every kind of limit a lender needs
Combine them on one customer, product, merchant or portfolio. Every spend is checked against all of them in milliseconds.
- Master limit
- Product sub-limit
- Monthly cap
- Velocity
- Validity window
- Early-warning status

arc has no app to download. It lives inside the bank's channels and its partners', switched on with an API, an SDK or a hosted journey.
For banks
One engine, many lending products
The same engine decides any loan type, from a salary advance to a term loan. arc is compliant with central bank and regulatory requirements, and each bank sets its own products, limits and policy on top.
Personal & term loans
Personal, auto and home loans decided on the same engine, with the bank's policy rules on top.
Salary advance
For payroll customers, repaid automatically on payday.
Instant overdraft
On savings accounts, scored on the customer's own statement.
Working capital
Scored on accounting and sales data, including Tigg books.
Dealer finance
Anchor-backed limits for distributors and retailers.
Credit line & BNPL
A revolving limit in the bank app, at checkout or in instalments.
Safe by design
Built for a regulated lender
arc never holds or moves money. Funds move only through the bank's own accounts and national payment rails.
Every data source is consented to, logged and revocable, and used only for its stated purpose.
Deploy on-premise at the bank or in an in-country cloud.
Limits sized on income left after obligations, compliant with central bank and regulatory requirements.
Reason codes for every decision; total cost shown before acceptance.
Encryption, role-based access and a full audit trail of every decision and entry.

Questions
What banks ask us first
Is arc a lender?
No. The bank is always the lender of record and carries the credit risk, and arc never holds or moves money. arc is the technology that scores, sets limits, runs the process and keeps the loan book on the bank's behalf.
Which loans can arc decide?
Any loan type, on the same engine: salary advances, personal, auto and home loans, overdrafts, credit lines and BNPL, MSME working capital and dealer finance. arc is compliant with central bank and regulatory requirements, and each bank sets its own products, limits and policy rules on top.
Which data does arc use?
Only what the customer consents to: bank statements, wallet history, credit-bureau reports, payroll, utility and telecom bills, accounting books and KYC. A bank can start with one source, such as its own statements, and add more over time. Recurrence analysis runs on every source with transactions.
Can it run alongside our core banking system?
Yes. arc keeps the loan book on arc ledger and posts every entry to your existing core, in real time or at end of day.
Where is the data hosted?
In Nepal, either on-premise at the bank or in an in-country cloud. Customer data is never shared between banks.
How long does it take to go live?
A hosted journey on the bank's own statements can be piloted in weeks. Full integration with channels, bureau and core depends on the bank's systems; we scope it with your team in the first workshop.
How is arc priced?
Pricing depends on deployment model and volume. We offer pilot terms for the first product. Book a demo and we will share a proposal.
